     Yep, 1 Gig is a bit of a streach hahahaha
     BUT... Rockwell Did announce a 1 MEG bit transferrate
     over a POTS line (downleg/128k upleg)
     Its an adaption of the ADSL portocol...
     And they are discussing it with the ITU even as we speak.
     AND... they said it would cost about what we are currently
     paying for X2-K56 modems..
   
     And not the Second Quarter..but rather the Second Half.
