Well, it is now gone ... the greatest Disney parade, EVER, is now a memory.
Our local LA newscasts showed highlights of the last parade ... It was VERY
sad to watch. Now the bulbs are being removed for sale (proceeds to charity).
The good news, is that I heard a new version of the MSEP will be back -- but
with fiber-optics instead of "old-fashioned" light bulbs. I don't know how
well this will go over -- only time (and my curmudgeonly ways) will tell...
BTW, I have a text file detailing the history & glory of the MSEP -- anyone
want to see me post it?
