I think this is interesting.  If he was voted in on the same
terms as anyone else with the national leadership right in the same
state which makes it stand to reason that they knew about it, then
I feel that this, in effect, is an admission that the national
leadership as well as that of the Massachusetts affiliate made a
mistake in expelling him and as such should issue an official
apology to him in all federation media.  This points up how the
membership votes one way when the national leadership wants
something and then does a complete turn-around when the national
wishes to reverse itself.  It seems to me that either he should be
a part of this organization or he shouldn't.  Personally, I am
surprised that he would even want to come back after the way he was
treated.
