Better short term choice also -- new "586"DX133 PCI mo'boards w/ 256k cache 
and on-board IDE/I/O are $110, retail quantity one... NOt only do you get 
PCI, but also an up-to-date BIOS w/ CR-ROM support, PNP, etc.   OTOH, AMD 
K5-133 (Pentium 133 class) mo' boards w/ 430VX chip set, 256k cache, onboard 
IDE/I/O are only $165-$170 and represent a true step up.
