You clearly stated you considered notary as an officer of court and seemed to 
imply that gave you more authority.
If you were such a pain in the butt to said commander as you are here, I have 
no doubt that he would want you gone.
As your "complaint" states you were stopped with pc for an apparent vuilation 
and therefore these items were seized during a legal search of a moving motor 
vehicle as contraband. or instrumentalities.
THIS COMMANDER  should have squashed ya likw a bug.
