There's no way to determine the ports symbolic name (ie. COM1)
from the handle that I know of off hand, as the handle is just a
normal system file handle.
If there was a function anywhere that can give you the file name
for a given handle then I would expect to get back '/DEV/COMn'
from it. But frankly I can't remember seeing any such function
in the docs.
