I have it.

When we married, we went for genetic counseling at the Middlesex Hospital
in London.  Even thirty years ago, they had a test for the gene.

The most amusing part was my wife-to-be's heart examination.  The guru
looked a bit like Jabba the Hutt - he listened to Sarah's heart and called
every student in the place to listen as well.  Apparently she has a rare
flap of skin inside her heart - it swooshes around and can be heard quite
easily by an expert.  He then said that it was easy to mistake for a
particular type of hole in the heart - especially in children.

Sarah was told she had such a hole when she was eight - she was never
allowed to exercise more than moderately and we were all told not to chase
her.  She was livid.
