Let's see, Bart was probably drawn in Mexico, and later in Sri Lanka, when
they became low bidder.  There's so much automated tweening in his
cartooning these days, you might as well call him an android.  Truly
international.

Is "Outsourced" a nationality these days?  Do they have a license
plate and a two letter code?
