What does N1B01 (question and answer on the Novice license exam) mean 
exactly to you?
   
     Which one of these must you have an Amateur license to do?
 
     It gives a Novice the information that SHORTWAVE is NOT a Novice
frequency.   Broadcast is again something else and a license is required. 
     
     I see that I am outgunned.  Doctors and Lawyers Like a certain CONTRACT 
to go over the air waves, but these persons who do that job must have a 
proper license, and not find some loop hole.
