I am sure alcohol could play a part in a lot of things.  I seriously doubt 
that it plays a part in true ADHD.  Perhaps enviromentally, a child could 
exhibit symptoms of ADHD becuase of being ignored or abused by the alcoholic. 
but this is not what ADHD is.  It is a neurological disorder and not one 
caused by the environment.  Children are born with ADHD.  The don't aquire
