GW>WC>well as being the gentlest of creatures. no, he's not fixed, as he's
ot
GW>WC>broken. i should really wish i'd had the privilidge of meeting one of
GW>WC>the breed homo sapians in this life that i trusted half as much as this
GW>I hate the thought of breaking any animal. I happen to be a Christian,
GW>but do not side with the official Christian line that we are something
GW>supperior to animals. My dog is a lot my soulful than most humans I
GW>have met.
Gregory, i agree, more trustworthy and gentler too.
just got a reply from a gentlemen who objected to my praise of the brittish
staffordshire bull terrier, he and his children had a run in with a pit
that, '' pulled his chain loose from where it was eye-bolted''. is it
just me or is does the privious quote suggest something about the owner.
i pointed out to that gentlemen that special armed services around the
world have used standard poodles as attack dogs as they can be trained
to be quite viscious and are intelligent. do you suppose if rednecks
thought poodles were cool we just might have a problem. i had a run in
with a ferral bull mastiff not long ago, but than would this purebred
dog been running loose but for the irresponsible behavior of people?
believe me i was not at all happy confronting this animal.
the key of coarse is the owner being responsible and understanding the
nature of the animal period, the same can be said for drunks driving,
guns left where children are present ect. of coarse this reply is mis-
directed as it would appear we're in agreement, but than it's a public
echo and as such likely read by many.
three training tips for agressive breeds, 1. never strike use a paper slapped
against your hand and harsh tone, praise lavishly for good obedience.
2. establish yourself as top dog. 3. bath the dog frequently, they get
especially strong odor they beome increasingly belligerent.
liked your tagline so much, i stole and altered it.
best regards.
