Presumably you already know the approximate RRPs of the above items?  For
example, new batteries are $107 each, which is pretty insane when you
consider that the entire phone can be had new these days for just $99. 
Optus are selling a leather case for the Nokia 100 for just $39, a bit of a
saving over Chandler's price of $69 for the same thing.  :(

BTW, with a stand-by time of around 26 hours, and a charge time of just
sixty minutes, I wouldn't be worrying about a desktop charger myself,
especially as the phone doesn't need to be turned off during recharging
anyway.

One final comment, David Hall Electronics (Underwood) are selling
non-standard cigarette lighter car adapters (12V {at} 1200mA) for $21.05
trade, which is just a tad less than the $79 being asked by Nokia
dealers...
