I'd say not, there must be some other variable involved. I've used
In-Joy on Warp 3.0 w/&w/out Windows and with various fixpacks, and
again with Warp 4.0. Probably over a dozen installations in all, and
most virgin installs. This was the first time that it failed to find,
create, assimilate a resolv or resolv2 file. This last exercise in
futility drove me to over 6 clean installations in the period of a few
days. It's a real puzzle to me but it shouldn't catch me off guard
again now that I know what to look for.
