the roland is a considerable improvement over the casio,
it is actually playable, although depending on your style
and which interface there is some tweaking and tuning
[for me I have to "turn it down" so it doesn't pick up so much]
and there are several others that are improvements over the roland,
although they are, IMHO, a bit spendy at present.
