Pardon my suspicion.  I'd rather be skeptical of evidence of an art
form than completely accepting of it.  I'll use it, and have it as 
part of the file, but it can't be all that there is.

That's a different situation.  If I can find stories tha match from 
persons who are unaware of each other, it's gotta be real.

Paul Andinach may be able to shed more light on this idea.  This is what
I've seen in the multiple personality folk I've known: they'll develop
a way to explain injuries so that everyting is logical and "normal."

I know nothing of stigmata.  I'd *heard* that some persons had them for
long periods, but I have no citations or experience in the matter.

Darrell Simms was here last year talking about his work with that.  
We never heard any conclusions.  Even "it's very natural" would be 
useful in this matter!  (Darrell, if you're out there....fill us in)

You want the willies?  I have a file somewhere that proposes that the
abductions are all Government-run military operations for training
or for the control of the populace.
There's something else going on, in my opinion, and the government
is just as confused as we are.  But they know more.
