Someone mention that why I only connect at 31.2Kb instead of 33.6 Kb on Bulletin Boards maybe because the Software (Terminal) program I am using? Is this true? On the Internet I connect fine at 33.6 Kb, but then again, my transfer rates reach only up to 3200 CPS on the net which is like only rates 28.8 connection would give???
