Regarding the rule for divisions by 7, THANK YOU!  I will present it to
my professor. Don't worry, I will tell him someone on the BBS I
subscribe to supplied it and it is not my "invention."  But it may
finish the assignment for me.  The rule I came up with worked ONLY for
numbers 100,000,000 to 999,999,999 inclusive.  Yours is much more
practical.  If you want to hear what grade I get for the assignment,
email me back, and I will let you know.
