I think it's in Luke

"If someone looks like they might slap you on one cheek, smite him
with great force. If someone demands your coat, smite him with great
force."

& then it carries on....

"if someone looks at your sheep with lewd intent, smite him with great
force. If someone builds a pesticide plant or a babyfood factory, smite him
with great force.
