Sean's not the only person who has tried to get answers on LORD's
development status from Michael. I wrote to him over a week ago about the
problems I've had with DOS LORD and LORD/32 not letting you change Skill
Class in the tavern, with no response. I don't know what's up with him,
but he seems to be ignoring everyone's email regarding LORD technical
support. And no one that I have talked to via email has been able to get
email from him recently. One can't get any relevant information on Lord's
development status from the Lordlegacy web-site or from his
michaelpreslar.com site either. All the latter ever has is those pictures
of his children, and nothing else at all. An increasing number of people
that I am aware of are getting the idea that he's dumped LORD development,
and we all just want to just know what is going on.

It is very hard to understand what Michael is doing at times, but
especially in the last several months. He needs to let people if he is
still going to support/develop the Lord programs or not. There are just
too many little bugs in v4.08's beta archives (which no one can even get
their hands on any more), including the corrupted lordtxt.dat file. And
if its not corrupted, then why does pkunzip say that the Lord.zip file
fails CRC check, that is inside the dos lord v4.08 beta archive from late
September 2007.

BTW, I also used the mike{at}lordlegacy.com email address, which is the only
one he's said he wants people to use when they write to him. Donald
