I live about 235' above street level, 300' above the Hudson River, with a
clear shot to New Jersey.  As an allergy sufferer, I knew what was better
and what was worse.  It was *better* up high than in a 4th floor apt. of a
neighbor.  I don't remember whether the 4th floor was much worse than the
street.  I'd take that "study" with a grain of salt, also
considering updrafts, canyon effects, etc.

(Allergy shots have made a life-changing difference for me.  June in most
of the northern US used to be hell for me.  The shots worked so well that I
celebrated  by visiting the Bronx Botanical Garden and sniffing everything
with abandon.  I now only have to take antihistamines for a few weeks a
year (this month).)
