Not especially. :-) I can't really talk too loudly, since hurricane can 
*read* type-2/2+/2.2 but not currently write anything other than type-2+. It 
should be easy enough to add in, I just don't have time to spare coding it.

Yep, so can hurricane. It just handles the byte swapping in a slightly 
different manner (reads the data block into memory, swaps it then).
