 Look at the way that the panes are mounted. In ->most<- boats, they are slid 
onto a metal frame. The rubber gasket keeps the pane pressed against a foam 
seal. Look for the slid in the ends of the gasket and pry out, from one end 
to the other.
 This gasket is pressed down and pushed up under a metal lip and holds the 
pane in the frame. Kid's play that is.
 Make sure you go a little better and do get lexan.
