You might try the Speci Needs program at the down town library in Phoenix.  
They will record about anything, and they may also have it.  There is also a 
good recording program at the Center for the Blind in Phoenix at 32nsd street 
and Rosevelt.  I know you are not in Phoenix, but a phone call would get the 
information for you.
