Well you should use gvpser.device, then, which should have come with the
GVP boards.  But under WB 2.0 the standard serial.device will do 38,400.

I fail to see that if you can use 8n1.device and BaudBandit.device why the
standard serial.device won't work.  It's also much more reliable.
