A) Look when UNIFIL was started & when 1559 was passed

B) 1559 is one of the funniest self-contradictory things I've read.
Effectively it says how Lebanon must be treated etc as fully sovereign
& that there should be no outside interference in Lebanon & then
iit goes on to say that internal armed groups must be disarmed thus
breaking it's own rule wrt outside non-Lebanese not interfering.

C) Israel is now in complete violation of 1559 as it says no outside
interference in Lebanon's affairs which is exactly what Israel is engaged
in.
