A) They're only arabs so killing them with missiles, gbu's etc doesn't
count to you it would appear.

B) 1958. The Rafael Luz SSM. However they have tended to reserve their
SSM'es for Nuclear/WMD useage & have prefered to deliver most ground
attacks from the air.
