I don't know but what I do know is that Israel has been firing missiles
into Gaza & Lebanon etc since .......48? Oh I see you mean "arab
missiles" coz Hellfire or TOW from apache or cobra or F4 etc don't
count?

Did Lebanon fire at Israel? Do the Israelis even accept Palestine as a
country? Anyway aren't the Palestinians simply firing into Palestine? I
believe the US is allowed to fire missiles at the US.

However that does bring some interesting points to light given the US
preference for "cruise missile diplomacy". Does that mean that
the US declared war on Iraq prior to the invasion of 2003? How about the
Sudan?

Equally given Israeli actions in Lebanon e.g. car bombs, missiles fired
from aircraft etc weren't those "acts of war"? Should Lebanon
just absorb the shots? Should the Palestinians?

An Israeli air strike hit a Hamas-run school in Gaza City early Wednesday,

Reports say an Israeli missile hit the Dar al-Arqam School, a Hamas-funded
institution. Medics said a 13-year-old boy was seriously wounded in the
head by shrapnel.

Israeli army officials claimed that the Islamic school, part of Hamasƒ ™
social-service network, financially supports Palestinian fighters.

Another Israeli missile hit the Palestinian Interior Ministry building for
the second time in a week.

More than seven people, including four children, were wounded in the
