Bugel and Carroll are not retreads, because they didn't get legitimate 
opportunities in their previous jobs.  And Bugel was hired from within the 
organization, after heavy lobbying by the players (I'm sure not all of them 
white players).
Reeves may be a retread, but he's a retread with three Super Bowl 
pearances.
I agree about Gilbride, Fassel and especially Mariucci, though.
