Borland MADE a version for OS/2.  No longer.  You'd probably be better off 
looking to other brands (Borland's Windows compilers are supposedly fairly 
decent for modern compilers, but the OS/2 one was never really hot).  Try 
Watcom or IBM Visual Age.  For cheaper, you can look to the GCC port (called 
EMX).
