If your methods work on your child, then my guess is that he does not have 
AD(H)D.  We have tried the same things on my son, and they do not work.  
Aside from that, there are other symptoms of AD(H)D which have nothing to do 
with doing well or poorly in school or anywhere else.  They are sometimes 
hard to describe, but they can be quite noticeable when you know what to look 
for.
