I see no hope for that area. It's just a never-ending ritual of retaliation
upon retaliation.

Hezbollah has made some major inroads in Lebanon because of their
commitment to and the building of schools, hospitals and other social
programs. That's something the West should have been able to circumvent
with aid.in the right places
