Huh? Who else will fight the Israelis? The Lebanese mil can't defend any
part of Lebanese sovereignty e.g. the airspace, the territorial waters
etc.etc.

What's more the Lebanese know their army could not stand as an army against
an Israeli armed way beyond their means by the US.

Lebanon's only defence is Hezbollah style resistance cos then you've got no
fighter jets to shoot down thus no airbases to protect etc.
