Yep. It's not so much how much time you spend with them, it's whether the
kids see it as enough. They need to feel confident that you're "always
there" if they want/need you. Quality time together isn't just about
activities, either. Both of my girls rate the time they spend sitting
quietly reading with me or watching me work on something as highly as the
time spent playing games etc together.

(No TV or computer in the kids' room here. It's all in the family room next
to the kitchen.)
