Oh indeed. All media reports are by their very nature wrong in some respect
as there is no way to tell or know the whole truth ever.

Anyway looks like he's gone now.

They now need someone with clean & capable hands who can be super-tough
on corruption & cronyism etc. I agree with the general thrust of the
argument that the aid should go to clean places as (a) it will do most good
(b) it will create islands/examples of good gov & the benefits that
flow therefrom & (c) will pressure those who tend towards kleptocracy
to mend their ways.
