I have very mixed emotions on this.
To some extent internal matters should remain so. However the liberal in me
has a real problem when Governmental leaders kill their internal opponents,
or when a Murderer is running a country or when a leader ( Mugabe) violets
his own countries laws and makes a total mess of it. I also have a minor
problem with the attitude that as long as they kill their own it's okay.
Just because a person is born in a given country or of a given race doesn't
mean its okay for their leaders to kill them and let the world sit back and
watch. Where the line should be drawn I don't know, nor do I know what
should be done.
