| subject: | CD-RW good. |
-> -> With this new Thinkpad, I can now read the RW, Tom ! Some old -> CD-ROM are not up to the task. I had a TP that would make one -> mad as it would stutter on CD-R even RWs. I only would read the -> commercial CDs. I had no problem loading Win95 on it. It was -> used by my niece who was doing translation and it would hesitate -> on the databank of word equivalent. These CDs were not well -> done. I don't recall when the CD drives would reliabibly read CD-R's and CD-RW's(Diffeerned times by the way. But I have never had a problems with any drive 20X or so and faster with either CD-R or CD-RW. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Shakey Jake's *ALL FREE BBS* Santee, CA (1:202/1324) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 202/1324 10/3 106/2000 1 379/1 633/267 |
