Why stop them?  Your economy is 100% built by immigrants, and those that
have the ambition to get off their butts and do something are likely to be
net contributors.  The assumption that they're all out for a free ride is
one of the worst aspects of implicit racism.

For the second time this week, I recommenend "INNUMERACY -

The very simple fact is that all resources in a modern country are designed
to be economically viable at least cost - there is no spare capacity
ANYWHERE.  A sudden increase of even 5% would make that society untenable
and they'd all go straight back home.
