I know the history, it all started before we were a country, the rest was
just a follow on to a particularly nasty bit of history.

But anyway, that's nothing to do with today and the amnesty question.

Because I am so much a rule of law guy, I have no choice but to not support
any kind of amnesty program.  I, however don't have a problem with a guest
worker program (we actually have that already).
