Features aside, it was the first (and only?) OLR that could handle .QWK
and "fido-packet" technologies simultaneously in a seemless
integrated environment. I used it with its QWK features initially, but
then when I learned more about pointing and fetching echmail from a feed, I
could switch to that without having to relearn another OLR.
Oh.. and unlike some "point" OLR's that only operate as
"point" addresses, SemPoint is not restricted to that.
