 So..?  I've been taking a daily vitamin supplement for years, as has
 my wife and all 3 of the kids...but that's all it is a supplement,

 and I understand exactly what it says.  You, OTOH want to make it say
 what supports your hang up with alcoholism and addictions.  It

 Take your own advice Jane, find someone who understands it and have
 them put it in very simple terms so you will know what any given
 article says.
