I'm not sure about faxing. The principal example of what I am talking 
about is using names and addresses stored in Schedule+ Contacts area to 
address envelopes in MS Word 7.0. By placing keywords (e.g., 
"Christmas") in the Notes tab for individuals permits be to even prepare 
special mailings. I can easily print a batch of envelopes for our annual 
Christmas letters. Given that the Contact listings in Schedule+ include 
a place for fax numbers I have to assume there is a way to get at that 
information.
