I thought there were great clear skies in Nevada, at least according to 
Art Bell, when I used to be entertained by him on the radio a few years 
back.  Anyway, the skies here in the Beautiful Ottawa Valley in Eastern 
Ontario, Canada are clear as crystal, especially on a summer's eve when 
the mosquitoes aren't in season and one can sit outside and hear the 
nighthawks swooping for hours on end, :-) .
