It was bundled with WPD 6.0 but it wasn't part of WPD 6.0. It and
Shell were elements of Office 3.1 that were included as a "bonus;"
and they're documented together. One of the shortcomings was that
its printer drivers weren't included. You had to get the archive
of additional Office 3.1 printer drivers from the WP BBS.
