Hi Jeff, JH> I'm looking at what it would take for me to write BBS JH> software for Linux. Is there a technical document available JH> for the Fido protocol? Also, is there technical documentation JH> about assembling BlueWave/QWK packets? Sorry for the late reply, I'm catching up on a lot of mail at the moment. As a few people have directed, you can find some information about fidonet protocols at the FTSC website at http://www.ftsc.org. I would recommend you check out the roadmap project - although it is embryonic it is aimed at pointing new developers to the right documents for their project. I don't have information about BlueWave stuff on the site unforunately but over the next few months I hope to bring a lot of third party development information into the FTSC archive.
