 That is really tough SH*T.  Those bastards haven't done
 a damned single thing to help themselves, in spite of 57
 years (since the end of WWII in 1945) of CARE and other
 (mostly Christian) relief agencies trying to teach the
 ignoramus how to farm and irrigate.

 I have absolutely no sympathy for those who don't try to
 pull themself up and would rather just sit on their asses
 eating at the public/charity trough.  A certain member of
 a certain President's cabinet was right on target when he
 called them inherently "LAZY."
