Hi Steve,

Nice to see you active again on the lists! :-)
It only ever happened to me once [with DHL], never with USPS priority to 
Australia, and the DHL occurrence was the only one that Customs charged 
Duty on! Didn't happen with FEDEX or UPS, but they take a big cut! :-(
