How about the "Bono" bill?
There were MANY*MANY Midi sites on the Internet (that you can only access via 
a computer *ahem - topic! [grin]) that are now shut down.
What's the deal with midi songs?  A cover is a cover is a cover, right?
If a band goes in a beer-joint and sings "Peaceful Easy Feeling", do they owe 
money to The Eagles?
If a person sits down and performs a cover and/or converts a song into Midi 
format, is it still theivery?
