It has an onboard electrical compressor, so you can just plug it in to a
standard outlet and have it recharge itself. Also, if there is
high-pressure air available, you can just push that into it. I saw a
documentary on tv once, where I think it was said that the onboard
compressor would take hours to fill it, but it could be safely filled with
high pressure air in three minutes.
