When you install the IBM OS/2 Toolkit included with IBM Cset++,  it will
install a directory named something like \toolkt2x,   where you will find
complete online documentation (in *.INF files) for the OS/2 api, as well as
header files for it.

That particular structure is used by older 16 bit programs. FILEFINDBUF3 is
used by the 32bit DosFindFirst;  it can be found in
\toolkt2x\c\os2h\bsedos.h.

If you have installed the Warp toolkit (from devcon #6),  it would be
\toolkit\h\bsedos.h.
