Prices were little changed all day, the range looked to be about 5pts or
so, closing unchanged.  Volume was still active, +21% above average.

So buyers and sellers were both about equally "willing".  There was a
small positive bias to the Advance-Decline line, but nothing of note.
We'll just have to wait for a more definitive day.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!!  It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
